What We Provide

Individual Counseling

Whether you are managing anxiety, questioning identity, experiencing OCD, or feeling stuck in unhelpful narratives, our work together is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a belief in your own inner wisdom and capacity for growth. Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore the context of your life and your learning history, navigate challenging life transitions, and reconnect with your values and goals to come into better alignment with what matters most to you. I work with clients across the lifespan using evidence-based approaches like ACT, ERP, CBT, and Narrative Therapy, integrating mindfulness and somatic techniques to support mind-body healing.

Family Counseling

Family dynamics can shift through life stages, stressors, and transitions. I offer infant/child parent dyadic, family and collateral therapy to support communication, build connection, and foster understanding between family members. Sessions are collaborative and respectful of each person’s voice, values, and cultural context. I bring warmth, structure and evidence-based tools to guide families through challenges, strengthen relationships, and build resilience together.

Supervision

I provide reflective supervision and mentoring for early-career clinicians, non-licensed mental health specialists, educators, and home visitors. My approach integrates clinical knowledge with a focus on relational practice, cultural humility, and professional development. I facilitate reflective practice groups and one-on-one supervision to help providers grow in confidence, insight, and integrity.

Consultation

I offer consultation to individuals, families, educators, and organizations seeking insight into mental health, infant/child development, cultural attunement, and systems of care. With over two decades of experience in community-based and clinical settings, I provide grounded, collaborative guidance tailored to your unique questions and needs.

Wellness Groups

Wellness groups offer a healing community space where individuals can explore mind-body practices, mindfulness, values-based living, and personal growth. These groups are designed to support connection, resilience, and self-discovery.. Rooted in an inclusive and trauma-informed framework, wellness groups create opportunities for shared learning, support, and transformation.

I work relationally, listen through the body, and stay open to learning with you.

If that resonates, you’re right where you need to be.
